We can scan plans, maps and documents from A5 to A0 in black and white to either TIFF or PDF files on our large format scanning facility on the Xerox 6204 up to 600 DPi. If scanning and archiving a large amount of drawings (over 25) we can provide the files on a CD/DVD disk filed under the drawing/job numbers for no additional cost. Archiving drawings allows easy and fast access to drawings aswell as lower storage and retrieval costs.

Large Format Scanning

Our Xerox machine allows us to scan large (up to A1 size) documents to PDF or TIFF files, we can also scan to multi page PDF and TIFF files allowing scanning or complete jobs to a single file for easy retrieval and viewing later.

Archiving Drawings

If you are running out of space in your office we can scan your old drawings for easy storage and retrieval just give us a call and we can scan your drawings to PDF load them onto a disk. This allows you to view and reprint old drawings if necessary. We can scan drawings on dyeline paper, plain paper and tracing paper, we will of course return all your drawings so you can decide when they need to be discarded. Drawings can be scanned at 600 dpi which means approx 1200 A1 drawings can fit onto a standard CD Rom.

If you wish to spread the cost of the drawing archiving we can arrange to span the scanning over several months which may help cash flow.
