Family Tree Printing
In order for the Family Tree to be printed it needs to be exported or saved as a single page PDF or other suitable image format. Most Genealogy software allow this including “Roots Magic”, “Family Tree Maker” and “Family Historian”.
PDF995 allows you to print to a PDF from most windows based programs. It is free to download and can be found on the links page. The Family Trees can be printed up to 841mm high and 10m long although a maximum of 3-4m is recommended.
The largest Family Tree we have printed was 10m long on 594mm paper.
Pricing
Our pricing is based on receiving the Family Tree Chart in a printable format such as PDF, Jpeg or TIFF format. Family Trees are charged on a price per sqm rate (see price list). Competitive quotations are available for large quantities.
Paper
Family Tree’s are printed onto 80gsm 90gsm or 170gsm paper, several height rolls are held in stock and some coloured paper is available.
Samples
To obtain a free sample of part of your tree please email your Family Tree to lisa@lmsprinting.co.uk to obtain a sample to see the size and quality of the print. If struggling to sort out the page size of your Family Tree, email it over and it can be scaled to fit the paper.
Table Plans
Table plans can also be printed in black and white or full colour. Various options are available including a design service.
